By downloading, installing, or using the Badminton Tournament League app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OkkaStack Labs ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (including tournament data, profile information, and match scores). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The App, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of OkkaStack Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our explicit written permission.
The App integrates with Google Sign-In for authentication. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKKASTACK LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $50.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
